Concentrix Payment Services is seeking a Greek-speaking Account Manager to manage accounts in an international setting, negotiating payment terms and monitoring collections. The role requires strong Greek, English, and financial analysis skills, with potential Italian language advantage.

Based in Milan (Italy) or Barcelona (Spain) or the UK, the position offers teleworking up to 3 days per week after probation, and a full-time permanent contract within a multinational environment.

Competenze

• 2/3 years' higher education with a degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Management or equivalent
• Experience in Credit Management appreciated
• Bilingual in Greek, good level of English required (reading, writing, speaking), Italian would be a plus
• Proficiency in Pack Office required (Word, Excel)

• Ensure a transparent and accurate management of accounts for which you will be responsible for
• Evaluating financial records and conducting solvency analysis of our client’s portoflio
• Setting the most appropriate payment conditions by negotiating with customers
• Manage and monitor payment plans
• Matching incoming payments and maintaining accurate transaction records
• Resolve on a timely fashion manner disputes / discrepancies that prevents customer from paying
• Proactively contacting clients regarding outstanding balances and executing collection procedures
• Establish a privileged and trustable relationship with suppliers and buyers

Responsibilities

Working in an international context, as part of the Credit Management team, we are looking for a Greek speaker Account Manager whose responsibilities will include the following:

• Ensure a transparent and accurate management of accounts for which you will be responsible for
