Qomodo in Milano, Italy, is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of merchants and ensure excellent service adoption.

You will manage merchant relationships, upsell products, prevent churn, and support backoffice tasks. The role offers a permanent contract, a salary of €25-38K gross per year, meal vouchers, a company laptop and phone, and flexible remote work (2 days/week).

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• English fluency required.
• 1+ year AM/BDM experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Merchant Portfolio Management: grow and manage a portfolio with strong relationships.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: promote additional products to merchants.
• Churn Prevention: proactively address potential issues to prevent churn.
• Backoffice Support: handle administrative tasks to support merchant management.
