Concentrix Payment Services Italia S.R.L. is seeking a Greek-speaking Account Manager to oversee client portfolios, negotiate payment terms and monitor collections. The role combines credit management with international client interaction in a hybrid setting.

You will evaluate solvency, maintain records, and build trusted relationships with suppliers and buyers while coordinating with multiple departments to optimize cash flow.

Qualifications

• 2/3 years of higher education with a degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Management or equivalent
• Experience in Credit Management is advantageous
• Bilingual Greek with good English; Italian is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required

Responsibilities

• Ensure a transparent and accurate management of accounts
• Evaluating financial records and solvency analysis of the client portfolio
• Setting payment conditions by negotiating with customers
• Manage and monitor payment plans
• Match incoming payments and maintain transaction records
• Resolve disputes/discrepancies preventing payments
• Proactively contacting clients about outstanding balances and collections
• Establish trusted relationships with suppliers and buyers
• Collaborate closely with other departments
