Concentrix Payment Services Italia S.R.L. is seeking a Greek-speaking Account Manager to oversee client portfolios, negotiate payment terms and monitor collections. The role combines credit management with international client interaction in a hybrid setting.

You will evaluate solvency, maintain records, and build trusted relationships with suppliers and buyers while coordinating with multiple departments to optimize cash flow.

Qualifications

• 2/3 years of higher education with a degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Management or equivalent
• Experience in Credit Management is advantageous
• Bilingual Greek with good English; Italian is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required

Responsabilités

• Ensure a transparent and accurate management of accounts

Job Description

Concentrix Payment Services is a licensed payment institution and one of the top-performing fintech companies in the market. Specializing in payment processing and credit management, Concentrix Payment Services has been serving its international clients since 1984. Working in an international context, as part of the Credit Management team, we are looking for a Greek speaker Account Manager whose responsibilities will include the following:

• Ensure a transparent and accurate management of accounts
• Evaluating financial records and conducting solvency analysis of our client’s portoflio
• Setting the most appropriate payment conditions by negotiating with customers
• Manage and monitor payment plans
• Matching incoming payments and maintaining accurate transaction records
• Resolve on a timely fashion manner disputes / discrepancies that prevents customer from paying
• Proactively contacting clients regarding outstanding balances and executing collection procedures
• Establish a privileged and trustable relationship with suppliers and buyers
• Be a Team player, able to cooperate closely with other departments

Profile required

• 2/3 years' higher education with a degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Management or equivalent
• Experience in Credit Management appreciated
• Bilingual in Greek, good level of English required (reading, writing, speaking), Italian would be a plus
• Proficiency in Pack Office required (Word, Excel)
