DETAILS – Hospitality, Sports & Leisure oversees golf facilities and international courses, seeking a Golf Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding guest experience across properties in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Madeira, and Sicily.

You will lead driving range, pro shop, cart fleet, coordinate with groundskeeping, manage staff and scheduling, plan events, and ensure financial reporting and compliance.

Competenze

• Experience in golf operations or hospitality/sport management is essential.
• Strong skills in operations, customer service, event management and financial oversight.
• Proficiency with management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English and Italian; other languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily golf operations including driving range, pro shop, and cart fleet.
• Ensure high-quality course conditions in coordination with the groundskeeping team.
• Supervise and develop golf operations staff including scheduling and performance management.
• Plan and coordinate golf events with sales and marketing to drive participation.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for management.
• Support recruitment and training of the golf operations team.
