Job summary

Verdura Resort, a Rocco Forte hotel, is seeking a Villas & Residences Manager to lead daily operations of the Villas business, ensuring exceptional Owner and Guest experiences. You will be visible across Villas, Reception and service touchpoints, coordinating staffing, standards and service recovery while maintaining cost controls.

The role requires proven luxury hospitality leadership, strong rostering and planning skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in luxury hospitality.
• Experience with Villas & Residences operations a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main operational point of contact for villa Owners and Guests, building trusted relationships.
• Oversee the entire villa experience—from pre-arrival to departure—ensuring requests are addressed.
• Lead and develop the Villas teams (Housekeeping, Personal Assistants, Villas Reception), setting priorities and standards.
• Plan staffing, rotas and leave according to occupancy and operational needs.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
