Hotiday, a fast-growing traveltech startup in Milan, Italy, is seeking a results-driven persoon to join the team as a distribution and growth specialist. You will upload properties to multiple portals, launch new channels, and optimize direct bookings.

Based in Milan, you will drive onboarding of partner properties and shape the SEO content strategy for hotiday.com, contributing to a global expansion plan and a dynamic, founder-led culture.

Responsibilities

• Upload properties to online portals: manage listing and updates across channels (website, Google Hotels, Booking) to maximize appeal.
• Launch new distribution channels: identify and implement new online sales channels with favorable partner agreements.
• Optimize visibility: maximize direct bookings by optimizing sales channels by property type.
• Onboard partner properties: coordinate onboarding from contract signing to going live.
• Define SEO strategy for hotiday.com through keyword research, blogs, and thematic pages.
