Job summary

AEP Ticketing Solutions, Signa (Florence area), is seeking a Sales Director to own geographic execution of the portfolio strategy across multiple countries. You will drive disciplined, margin-aware commercial performance through the Pre-Sales Director and Key Account teams, protect and grow the installed base, and ensure accurate pricing and bids.

The role is based at AEP's head office in Signa, with occasional travel across the multi-country pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading multi-country B2B sales across hardware, services and software.
• Experience managing complex public tenders and bids with a focus on margins.
• Strong ability to implement sales operations and pipeline governance.

Responsibilities

• Own geographic execution of the portfolio strategy across multiple countries.
• Enforce pricing discipline on licensing and ensure sign-off for free-license lines.
• Oversee tender/bid analysis and bid quality with the Pre-Sales Director.
• Protect and grow the installed base via the Key Account Management team.
