Responsibilities

• Export Operations Management: oversee end-to-end export process and international shipments.
• Invoicing & Trade Compliance: apply knowledge of invoicing protocols and Incoterms for regulatory compliance.
• Digital Tools & Communications: use MS Office and email tools for reporting and administration.
• Stakeholder & Network Collaboration: liaise with international customers, branches, banks, customs, hubs, and internal departments across the Menarini Group.
