JAS Worldwide, a global supply chain services provider, seeks a seasoned Export Manager to lead the export department in Lombardy and ensure compliant ocean freight movements. You will supervise staff, coordinate with customers and authorities, and drive profitability through optimized processes.

Candidates should have substantial export (air/ocean) experience, supervisory skills, and strong knowledge of export regulations.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance with export rules and regulations.
Able to interact positively and effectively with co-workers, subordinates and supervisors.

Responsabilités

Manage and oversee the export department to ensure efficient and compliant movement of freight.
Supervise staff and ensure training and resources are available.
Coordinate with authorities, customers, and suppliers to maintain lawful and positive relations.
Audit export files for compliance and profitability.
Handle dangerous goods shipments and TSA compliance for the branch.
