Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning, IBP or related areas.
• Experience leading global process improvements and transformations.
• Ability to influence partners and drive alignment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Supply Planning Process Reliability standards, governance and tools.
• Define and evolve global Planning standards across regions and platforms.
• Lead process transformation and technology implementation initiatives.
• Maintain dedicated planning playbooks, process/tool documentation, and training materials.
• Lead global communities of practice to share knowledge and promote continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance planning processes, tools and user experiences.
• Collaborate with Digital, Data Science, AI, and Technology teams to define future planning capabilities.
• Guide design, development and deployment of global training and capability-building programs.
• Benchmark industry-leading practices and drive adoption of innovative planning approaches.
• Influence cross-functional partners and senior leaders to drive alignment and adoption of global standards.
• Lead organizational change efforts that support sustainable process improvements and business transformation for supply reliability.
