Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, E2E Product Planning to drive end-to-end supply chain configurations and S&OP alignment across brands. You will define net requirements, balance MPS and inventory targets, and guide regional teams to ensure patient-centered supply readiness.

The role requires at least eight years in supply chain planning, strong communication skills, and extensive SAP/OMP experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• APICS / IBF certifications and Green Belt Six Sigma desirable.
• Eight years of relevant supply chain experience; global cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Defines inventory de-coupling points and replenishment strategies.
• Sets supply chain parameters in alignment with sites, including batch sizes, make frequencies, safety stock, lead times.
• Develops constrained E2E production and inventory plans; resolves issues and aligns MPS with demand.
• Represents Global Planning in the IBP process; communicates complex scenarios to leadership.
• Allocates API and bulk and ensures Finished Goods supply to avoid stock-outs; supports regional needs.
• Leads a matrixed team through the Monthly Planning Cycle; drives improvements and acts as SME in E2E planning.
• Collaborates with Demand and Supply Planning Managers, VCLs, Launch Management, CM, MTO, Finance, and Procurement.
