Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Transcend Deployment Logistics Manager to lead global ERP deployment efforts, focusing on SAP S/4HANA adoption and logistics readiness across regions and sites.

The role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of supply chain processes, including inventory, warehousing, and transportation management. A Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, ERP Deployment, Operations, or Program Management.
• Experience implementing enterprise systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or equivalent ERP platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a complex, global environment.

• Lead logistics deployment activities for Transcend program releases and site implementations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT.
• Manage deployment readiness, testing, and cutover activities.
• Track deployment risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
