Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for New Product Introduction at the Latina site in Borgo San Michele. The on-site role reports to the Operations Manager and leads a team of operators to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient NPIs and ESTC manufacturing.

Responsibilities include coordinating resources, driving readiness for continuous manufacturing, and partnering with cross-functional teams to meet milestones and timelines under a permanent contract within Operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/ sciences or related field.
• Experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Understanding of ICH guidelines and ISO standards.

• Lead NPI manufacturing activities across Batch Mode, Continuous Manufacturing and ESTC.
• Coordinate resources and priorities to meet timelines without impacting production.
• Drive readiness for Continuous Manufacturing and ESTC initiatives.
