ABB Robotics Connected Care is seeking a Global Sales Manager to lead the expansion of its software business across Americas, Europe, and Asia. You will champion subscription-based services, coach regional managers, and bridge market feedback with portfolio development to drive software-led growth.

You'll balance direct sales with sales enablement, develop teams, and maintain key customer relationships while traveling up to 50% to engage with clients and partners globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales management experience in industrial, robotics, or tech sectors.
• Experience leading regional or multi-country sales teams and developing managers.
• Experience with software, SaaS, or subscription-based business models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global expansion of ABB Robotics' Connected Care software business as a Global Sales Manager.
• Coach regional sales managers and bridge market feedback with portfolio development.
• Champion the software value proposition and subscription-based model across established sales networks.
• Lead and develop regional sales managers across Americas, Europe, and China, driving adoption of software-centric sales strategies while maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Engage with customers to understand needs, collect market feedback, and translate insights to the portfolio team.
• Balance direct sales activity with internal sales enablement to ensure regional teams understand and promote software solutions.
