ABB Robotics Connected Care is recruiting a Global Sales Manager to drive the worldwide expansion of its connected care software business. You will lead a team of regional sales managers, promote subscription-based services, and ensure the software offering resonates in diverse markets.

This role reports to the GPG Sales Manager and requires a strategic mindset, travel ~50%, and fluency in English. You’ll partner with portfolio and local sales units to translate market feedback into data-driven

Qualifications

10+ years of sales management experience in industrial equipment, robotics, or tech.
Experience leading regional or multi-country sales teams.
Background in software, SaaS, or subscription-based business models.
Ability to translate market feedback into product improvements.
Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the global expansion of ABB Robotics' Connected Care software business as Global Sales Manager.
Champion subscription-based and data-driven services through ABB's sales networks and coach regional sales managers.
Lead and develop regional sales managers across Americas, Europe, and China to drive software-centric sales adoption.
Engage with customers to capture needs, gather market feedback, and translate insights to the portfolio team.
Balance direct sales activity with internal sales enablement to ensure regional teams promote software solutions.
