Job summary

ABB is seeking a Service Sales Support Specialist - Area Manager in Bergamo area to collaborate with the Sales team and customers, preparing technical descriptions and cost estimates for offers while ensuring profitability and alignment with ABB standards.

You will support multi-country sales coordination, analyze market needs, and drive sales growth across LV and MV portfolios with a strong emphasis on technical and commercial excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Adept with sales enablement tools, CRM platforms (SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent), and project pipeline management methodologies; experience with multi-country sales coordination and international market dynamics.
• You are fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in additional European languages (German, French, Spanish) is a plus.
• You demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and customers to prepare technical descriptions and costs.
• Prepare technical/commercial offers based on customer requirements and Sales directives.
• Analyze customer needs and competitor offers from market information and Sales input.
• Oversee profitability for proposed solutions and bids.
• Provide world-class technical and commercial support across markets to drive sales growth in LV and MV portfolios.
