Deel is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth across global segments. You will identify, educate, and qualify prospective customers through inbound and outbound prospecting, and work closely with Account Executives to convert opportunities.

Competenze

• Experience in a sales development role.
• Strong written and verbal communication across channels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity targets.
• Comfortable with CRM and sales outreach tools.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients by understanding needs and readiness to engage.
• Create and execute outreach sequences (email, calls, social) to map accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handoffs of opportunities.
• Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM and sales tools.
• Aim to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for meetings and pipeline.
