Seaman Paper is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team in Correggio, Italy. You will provide day-to-day support to Sales Managers and customers, coordinating quotations, orders, samples, and international sales activities.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to communicate confidently across teams and countries in Italian and English. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred, with a fast-paced, international environment experience.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or a similar commercial role.
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, paper, retail, or related industry is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Mansioni

• Provide administrative and commercial support to Sales Managers, including quotations, samples, orders, and customer requests.
• Act as a point of contact between Sales, Customer Service, Estimating, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, availability, and delivery status.
• Support international sales programs by coordinating communication, inventory planning, and implementation across Seaman Paper production locations.
• Maintain regular communication with selected existing customers in support of the Sales Manager.
• Manage inbound leads from retail and European markets received through the company website and other sources.
• Qualify and route new leads to the appropriate Sales Manager, distributor, or internal team.
• Research prospective customers using online resources and business intelligence tools.
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations.
• Process customer orders and coordinate delivery information with the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer, prospect, and activity information in Salesforce.
• Support prospecting and customer development activities.
• Participate in sales and team meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer service and internal processes.
• Work closely with colleagues across different departments and international locations to ensure a positive customer experience.
