Job summary

ABB Robotics Connected Care is seeking a Global Sales Manager to lead the worldwide expansion of our software business. You will coach regional managers across Americas, Europe, and China, promoting subscription-based services and driving data-driven portfolio development.

You will engage with customers to capture needs, translate insights to the portfolio team, and balance direct selling with enablement to scale software solutions globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales management experience within established customer bases
• Demonstrated leadership of regional or multi-country sales teams
• Strong background in industrial equipment, robotics, or technology/software; SaaS or subscription models
• Strategic mindset bridging sales execution and portfolio development; translates market feedback into product improvements
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% for customer engagement and leadership
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Lead the global expansion of ABB Robotics' Connected Care software as Global Sales Manager
• Coach regional sales managers and integrate market feedback into portfolio development
• Promote software value proposition and subscription models across established networks
