Lime is seeking a Sr Program Manager, Repair Operations to build and scale the operating system for Repair Operations worldwide. You will lead a globally diverse team of project managers, turning complex operational problems into scalable solutions and partnering with Local Operations, Central Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Engineering, Data, and Finance to embed sustainable change across markets.

This hybrid role requires residence in Milan to collaborate effectively with teams.

Experience driving operational change in a large, globally distributed organization.
Ability to move from strategy and diagnosis through pilot, rollout, and measurable results.
Strong desire to improve processes to raise repair quality and efficiency.

Mansioni

Own the global Repair Operations program, including priorities, operating model, governance, and change-management approach.
Lead and develop the global Repair Operations team, setting priorities and performance standards.
Design and scale a common Repair Operations management system with standards and metrics.
Drive operational change across a large, globally distributed network of repair facilities and frontline teams.
Build alignment across markets by influencing leaders and securing resources for change.
Own the global Repair Operations training and certification strategy, including curricula and readiness criteria.
Own the Repair Operations measurement framework and source-of-truth reporting, ensuring clear, actionable metrics.
