Granstudio, Torino-based Italian company at the intersection of design, technology and innovation, seeks a Technical Operations Manager to oversee industrialization and delivery of complex technology-driven systems.

You will coordinate operational planning, manage prototypes to production transitions, and align suppliers, BOMs and FAT/SAT activities while collaborating with Engineering, Software, Product and Commercial teams to ensure timely, cost-effective project execution.

Competenze

• 5–10 years in robotics, hardware/software integration, or operations.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and software systems.
• Experience with BOMs, configuration management, supply chain and risk management.
• Italian and English language proficiency; travel worldwide.

Mansioni

• Coordinate operational planning and delivery of complex projects.
• Support transition from prototype to repeatable production and delivery.
• Coordinate suppliers, procurement and lead times.
• Maintain product and system configurations, BOMs.
• Plan system assembly, FAT, SAT and customer installation.
• Monitor schedules, costs and risks; escalate issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Software, Product and Commercial teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
