Lime is hiring aGlobal Operations Analyst to join our Fleet Management team. Reporting to the Fleet Management leader, you will turn operational data, stakeholder input, and recurring business needs into reliable processes and clear actions across global markets.

This is a remote-first position, with preference for candidates based in Rome or a comparable time zone to support effective collaboration across global teams.

Competenze

• 2+ years of recurring operational work, reporting, coordination, or process execution.
• Comfort with using spreadsheets, dashboards, or reporting tools to investigate issues.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization and attention to detail.
• Process-improvement mindset and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

• Own recurring reporting and operating rhythms across Fleet Management, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable outputs.
• Build, maintain, and improve queries, dashboards, and reports from data sources.
• Investigate operational issues with Local Ops and other stakeholders to resolve gaps.
• Coordinate operational programs across warehouses, battery operations, and compliance reporting.
• Run day-to-day operating cadence, track actions, and escalate risks as needed.
• Identify data gaps and work with teams to improve reporting quality and responsiveness.
