Leaf Space is seeking a senior Mission Operations Lead to own cross-functional operations across ground segment, onboarding customers, and program execution. You will drive end-to-end topics, structure execution across stakeholders, and lead progressive responsibilities in a fast-evolving environment.

The role emphasizes systems thinking, customer impact, and alignment of software platforms, infrastructure, and processes to deliver reliable, scalable operations and great customer experiences.

Competenze

• Around 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in satellite operations or mission management.
• Experience with customer onboarding in an as-a-service context.
• Strong project or program management capabilities.
• Ability to structure, plan, coordinate, and drive execution across stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Drive and coordinate complex operational and cross-functional initiatives
• Support and coordinate mission preparation activities, including pre-launch readiness
• Contribute to the evolution and scaling of operational processes and customer operations
• Coordinate execution across Operations, Product, Infrastructure, and other internal stakeholders
• Structure plans, priorities, timelines, and decision-making processes for operational topics
• Identify operational risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Support customer onboarding activities in an as-a-service environment
• Contribute to improving operational reliability and customer experience
• Take ownership of operational topics from definition to execution and closure
• Progressively take leadership responsibilities within the team
