Baker Hughes Company in Italy is seeking an EE Regulations & Standards Quality Leader to drive the Regulatory Compliance and Standards program across NPD, ITO, OTR and operations. You will partner with engineering, quality, HSE, sourcing and operations to ensure regulatory and certification requirements are identified and met throughout the product lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership in global regulatory strategies, audits and supplier compliance, with a focus on market access,

Competenze

• Experience in Regulatory Compliance, Product Compliance, Quality Systems, or Standards Management.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a global organization.
• Experience leading compliance, certification, audit, and continuous improvement programs.

Mansioni

• Lead and drive the Regulations and Compliance Program across multiple portfolios.
• Define global regulatory and market access strategies for complex international markets.
• Coordinate certification activities with external agencies and notified bodies.
• Lead internal compliance audits, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Develop KPI dashboards to measure compliance performance and program effectiveness.
