Qualifications

• PhD in Engineering required.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• INCOSE Certification preferred.
• APICS Certification beneficial.
• IPMA or PMI Certification advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Translate product requirements into producibility features and assess materials, processes, and costs.
• Define preliminary manufacturing process sequence with cost considerations.
• Drive execution of all Industrialization activities impacting productivity of new products.
• Lead laboratory operations on prototypes for validations.
• Lead Manufacturability Reviews per product development plan.
• Foster cross-functional communication among Engineering, Service, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, and Product teams.
