Endress+Hauser is seeking a Project Manager Solution Projects based in Cernusco sul Naviglio, Italy. You will lead complex international solution projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring cost, schedule and quality targets are met.

The role collaborates with customers, Sales Centers and internal stakeholders while coaching project managers in supported centers. You will manage full lifecycle activities from planning to close-out, including coordination across regions, budgets,

Competenze

• Proven ability to manage complex solution projects from planning to close-out.
• Experience coordinating international teams and EPC contractors.
• Strong cost, schedule, and quality management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English for global collaboration.

Mansioni

• Lead full lifecycle of major solution projects including materials, services, engineering, construction and commissioning.
• Coordinate international project teams across organizations and suppliers.
• Maintain close communication with customers and stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Monitor performance against budget and schedule; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coach project managers in Sales Centers to ensure consistent delivery.
