Endress+Hauser is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and production team for solution projects across Europe, from proposal to close‑out. Based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI), you will coordinate with customers and partners to ensure designs meet technical, safety, and commercial standards.

You will manage an international, multi‑disciplinary team, oversee subcontractors, and implement engineering methodologies.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in a similar project engineering role or technical department.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Proven ability to design system architecture and basic engineering for solution projects (P&ID, process descriptions, operating philosophies).
• Knowledge of IT applications, AutoCAD 3D/ LT, MS Office and related engineering tools.
• Ability to lead an international, multicultural technical team without formal disciplinary power.
• Ability to evaluate design and execution options with respect to technical performance and cost.
• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams for EPC projects.
• Willingness to travel as required.
