As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking a Project Director in Milan.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading our EPC projects in the Energy, High Voltage & Substations sectors, with full accountability for the project’s technical, financial, and contractual performance.
More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:
With an electrical, or civil engineering degree, you have at least 10 years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary industrial building projects, ideally in EPC projects in the high-voltage (HV) or energy sectors.
You are recognized for yourleadership skills and your ability to manage large-scale projects by coordinating diverse specialist teams. You have solid expertise inanalytical project management, risk and opportunity anticipation, and have worked on international projects where you developedproficiency in Italian and English.
Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you areopen to frequent travel across Italy.
