Endress+Hauser Flowtec AG is looking for a Solutions Pursuit Manager (Metering) to join the Solutions Business Center Europe team in Cernusco sul Naviglio, Italy. You will drive revenue growth by identifying high-value capital projects and leading solution-based sales initiatives in metering applications.

You will define winning strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions to customers across Europe, working closely with Sales Centers to align with

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in technical sales, project management, or business development in industrial automation or process industries.
• Proven experience in custody metering, metering solutions and flow measurement technology.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and major capital projects.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Sales Centers and the Solution Business Center to develop and execute a solutions business plan for defined focus applications, regions or industries.
• Lead identification, qualification and development of solutions project opportunities to grow the Solutions Business.
• Develop and implement active pursuit strategies to grow and manage the project pipeline to reach targets.
• Build and drive international project pursuit teams and facilitate growth in the given business area.
• Analyze and qualify customer opportunities, tenders, and specifications; prepare budgetary quotes and draft metering system architectures.
• Provide technical presentations and participate in discussions with customers on metering and related solutions.
• Maintain understanding of market trends, customer challenges, and the competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain a professional network within Endress+Hauser and externally.
