Conduk in Eppan, Italy, is seeking a proactive project coordinator to manage exciting projects from offer to handover. You will coordinate the project team and all involved parties, maintain open communication with clients, architects and partners, and ensure quality, deadlines and costs are met.

The role involves site and supplier visits, travel flexibility, and a strong focus on process improvement within an international project environment.

Competenze

• Technical training and initial work experience, preferably.
• Structured, independent and responsible way of working.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Customer-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
• Willingness to travel and multilingual.
• Proficient in MS Office; CAD skills preferred.

Mansioni

• Managing exciting projects from the initial offer through to handover.
• Coordinating the project team and all parties involved.
• Managing communication with clients, architects and partners.
• Ensuring quality, deadlines and costs are met.
• Ongoing monitoring of key project metrics (budget, cash flow, invoicing).
• Resolving conflicts and continuously improving processes.
