Wood Group is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Lead / Procurement Coordinator based near Milan with hybrid options. You will define procurement plans, lead supplier onboarding, and manage negotiations to align with project execution strategies across international clients.

• 10-15 years of experience in procurement for complex projects.
• MSc or BSc in Engineering or Economics.
• Fluent in English and Italian; good communication skills.

Mansioni

• Define and execute Project Procurement Plan and Procedures.
• Lead expediting, procurement and negotiation activities for projects.
• Conduct market scouting and supplier onboarding.
• Create bidder lists for inquiries and tender documentation.
• Prepare pricing summaries and tender documentation tailored to scope.
• Lead technical & commercial clarification meetings with bidders.
• Negotiate terms and conditions, finalize bid tabulations and PO.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with client expectations.
• Ensure supply chain activities follow the project plan and processes.
• Track and report KPIs for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare tailored procurement reports for project/client requirements.
• Adhere to code of conduct, ethics, and corporate policies.
• Availability for business trips and relocation abroad for project purposes.
