METLEN Energy & Metals in Milan is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to drive procurement and logistics for large-scale EPC renewable energy projects.

You will manage supplier engagement, contract compliance, and cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Legal, ensuring on-time material flow and risk mitigation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in procurement, with SAP proficiency and strong negotiation skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years in procurement, logistics, or supply chain within EPC/energy sectors.
• Strong supplier management, contract negotiation and logistics coordination.
• Fluent in Italian and English with strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Manage procurement activities for EPC renewable projects, aligning with budgets and schedules.
• Lead supplier engagement: RFQs, analysis, evaluations, and contract execution.
• Monitor supplier performance, deliveries, and quality/commercial compliance.
• Serve as main procurement partner to Project Directors/Managers with status updates.
• Coordinate procurement with Engineering, Construction, Finance, Quality, Legal, and central procurement.
• Oversee logistics and deliveries to sites, ensuring timely material flow.
• Support EPC tendering with supplier sourcing and market intelligence.
• Maintain procurement docs, contracts, and governance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce risk.
