CAI, a leading professional services firm with a global footprint, seeks a Global Director, Accounts Payable and Procurement to lead the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay finance process across countries and entities.

You will own procurement policy, vendor governance, PO/invoice workflows, and AP month-end and reporting, collaborating with Legal, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, IT and local finance teams to ensure compliant, accurate and timely processing at scale.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• 8+ years in procurement/AP/procure-to-pay/shared services in multi-country environments.
• Experience with ERP systems, procurement workflows, vendor master governance, workflow automation, internal controls, and acquisition integration is preferred.

Mansioni

• Own the global procure-to-pay process across all countries and entities.
• Establish global procurement and AP policies, controls, service levels, approval matrices, purchasing thresholds, and process metrics.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, IT, operations, and local finance teams for vendor compliance, approvals, tax documentation, and system alignment.
• Lead procurement and AP process centralization and automation, reducing manual effort and enhancing workflows.
• Manage shared services performance for routine procurement and AP processing.
• Oversee the global corporate card and expense management processes with controls and timely processing.
• Support acquisition integration by mapping legacy processes and onboarding acquired entities to policy.
