Domyn is seeking a Procurement Director to lead the end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle across the globe within a high-growth tech environment. Reporting to the CFO, you will design governance, policies, and processes while partnering with FP&A and Legal to ensure compliant spend and rapid execution.

You will drive supplier negotiations, contract governance, and ERP-driven workflows in Oracle NetSuite, while managing a small team and aligning budgets with forecasts across multiple geographies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in economics, engineering, law, or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement experience, with 5+ in leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP and full AP cycle.
• Proven supplier negotiation and contracting in tech-enabled settings.
• Experience with global/multi-entity procurement and cross-border suppliers.
• Strong understanding of P2P controls, budget verification, and AP interfaces.
• Hands-on leadership of a small team.
• Fluency in English; Italian is a strong plus.

Mansioni

• Own the full procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle globally across the Group.
• Coordinate with FP&A to validate budgets before commitments.
• Lead supplier contracting end-to-end with Legal.
• Administer Oracle NetSuite procurement modules; ensure data integrity.
• Define global procurement policies, DoA, and internal controls.
• Build and manage the vendor master; due diligence and risk management.
• Drive savings, spend analysis, and KPI reporting to the CFO.
• Forecast purchasing needs with Engineering, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of procurement professionals.
