CAI, a professional services company, invites a Global Director, General Ledger to lead the worldwide Record-to-Report process. You will oversee monthly and year-end closings, journal entry governance, reconciliations, and consolidation support across multiple jurisdictions.

You will establish global GL policies, ensure accurate financial reporting, partner with FP&A and Tax, and support acquisitions while strengthening controls over manual journals and intercompany activities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; professional certification preferred.
• 8+ years in GL, controllership, consolidation or record-to-report.
• Experience leading multi-entity or multi-country finance teams.

Mansioni

• Own global Record-to-Report process and month/year end close.
• Establish global GL policies, closing checklists and ownership standards.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on standards applicability.
• Lead monthly and annual close across countries and shared services.
• Support acquisition integration and intercompany settlements.
