CAI is seeking a Senior Global Director, Tax and Audit to lead worldwide tax strategy, compliance, and audit governance in support of rapid expansion from 11 to 20+ countries. You will partner with Finance and FP&A on tax provisions and reporting, and drive scalable controls.

In this high-impact role, you will coordinate with external advisors, oversee global tax compliance calendars and audits, and lead tax workstreams for acquisitions, including due diligence and Day 1 readiness.

Competenze

• CPA or equivalent with strong tax regulatory knowledge
• Experience in global tax and external audit coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent

Mansioni

• Lead global tax strategy across corporate income tax, transfer pricing, VAT and indirect taxes
• Maintain a coordinated global tax compliance calendar for filings, audits and regulatory changes
• Manage global tax advisors, audit partners and local providers
• Partner with Accounting and FP&A on tax provisions and reporting
• Own the global audit governance model including consolidated financial statements and country audits
• Coordinate statutory audits across required countries with local teams and external advisors
• Drive acquisition-related tax workstreams including due diligence and Day 1 readiness
• Design and monitor internal controls over financial reporting
• Advise on tax implications of country entries and cross-border transactions
