Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A. in Milan seeks an experienced Senior People Cost & Performance Analyst to partner with the CPO and drive global people cost planning and workforce analytics.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting and reviews, and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decisions. The role requires 8+ years in HR Controlling or related fields, a relevant degree, advanced Excel and BI skills (Power BI), and fluency in English.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in HR Controlling, People Analytics, Workforce Planning or Cost Controlling.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong skills in people cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting; advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI or equivalent).
• SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Fluent English communication.

Mansioni

• Lead global people cost budgeting, forecasting, and review processes.
• Monitor headcount and personnel costs, analyzing variances and key cost drivers.
• Support workforce planning through financial scenarios and forecasts.
• Partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate and consistent planning.
• Develop analytics combining workforce, financial, productivity, and business data.
• Define and monitor people and organizational performance KPIs.
• Deliver insights and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Support the enhancement of HR reporting and planning tools, ensuring data quality and process efficiency.
• Partner with IT to drive the automation and digitalization of HR reporting and analytics.
