ZEGNA in Milan is seeking a Senior People Cost & Performance Analyst to join the HR HQ team. You will lead global people cost planning, budgeting and forecasting, delivering analytics to support strategic decisions, and partner with HR, Finance and IT for data-driven workforce planning.
You bring 8+ years in HR Controlling or People Analytics, strong Excel and BI skills (Power BI), and fluent English. A degree in business/economics/engineering/statistics is required.

As Senior People Cost & Performance Analyst, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the HR HQ team. You’ll work closely with the CPO to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow. You’ll be responsible for leading global people cost planning and delivering workforce analytics to support strategic business decisions. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and people cost reviews while developing analyses that combine HR, financial, productivity, and business data. Working closely with HR, Finance, IT and business leaders, the role drives data‑driven workforce planning and organizational performance.
