Job summary

Hager Group in Milano is seeking a Payroll & Lifecycle Specialist for a permanent role. You will collect and verify payroll data, provide frontline HRBPs support, and manage relationships with our payroll vendor while generating payroll reports and analytics.

The role requires strong payroll experience, knowledge of labor law, and the ability to work in a matrix organization. Fluent English is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience and a relevant degree.
• Knowledge of labor law and experience in the industrial sector is a plus.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and experience with digitalization.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English language skills (French would be a plus).
• Ability to lead, manage and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Collect, monitor, and enter data to enable accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Provide first-line support for HRBPs, managers, and employees by responding to their questions and needs.
• Manage relationships and act as the central point of contact with our third-party payroll provider, building strategic partnerships with vendors.
• Generate payroll reports, analyze payroll data, and support decision-making processes.
• Use digital HR tools to manage administrative tasks, communicate and provide up-to-date HR information using digital tools.
