Job summary

myPOS, a fintech payments company, seeks a Payroll Manager to lead international payroll across several European countries, including Italy, France and Germany. You will own end-to-end payroll operations and ensure compliance with local laws.

You will oversee Deel onboarding, data integrity, and governance while collaborating with Finance, HR and Tax. The role demands senior leadership, strong risk awareness, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll experience with multi-country leadership.
• Experience across European jurisdictions; Italy, France, Germany a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax and labour law.
• Experience with Deel preferred.
• Experience in fintech or regulated industries is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages valued.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll across multiple countries.
• Ensure compliance and timely processing.
• Oversee onboarding in Deel and first pay run setup.
• Governance and controls for payroll processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Tax.
