Deel is seeking a founding product leader to own Italy payroll, HR, and time solutions, shaping a greenfield market with cross-functional teams. You will navigate Italy's regulatory landscape, align products with stakeholders, and drive expansion across Southern Europe.

You will lead with pragmatism, leverage AI, and ensure compliant, scalable solutions while partnering with sales, implementation, and local compliance to deliver rapid value.

Qualifikationen

• Based in EMEA with proximity to the Italian market.
• Fluent in Italian and English for coordination.
• Comfort with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams and external partners.
• Pragmatism and systems thinking to connect payroll, HR, time tracking and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Define the product strategy for the Italian market across payroll, HR, time, and services.
• Lead an engineering team to execute the roadmap.
• Coordinate dependencies across Product (payroll engine), Time, HRIS, and Services teams.
• Break complex requirements into iterative increments and ship fast.
• Own relationships with key accounts and validate solutions with customers.
• Collaborate with sales, implementation, and local compliance teams to enable scalable solutions.
• Think entrepreneurially to build a market entry playbook from scratch.
• Leverage AI to accelerate build and ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with local teams.
• Master Italian labor law (CCNL, INPS, regional variations) to ensure compliant solutions.
• Position Italy as the anchor market for Deel’s Southern Europe expansion.
