Albelissa is an international consulting firm specializing in engineering, IT, and business processes. The Logistics & Planning Specialist will coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and manage customs documentation, working with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses in Italy and abroad.

Requirements include at least 1 year in Supply Chain or Logistics, strong organization, ERP experience (SAP S/4HANA), proficiency in English, and good Excel skills.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Order Management, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating shipments and managing logistics documentation.
• Knowledge of import/export processes and customs procedures.
• Familiarity with ADR shipments is advantageous.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Mansioni

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, customs brokers and logistics providers.
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation including import/export and customs documents.
• Coordinate customs clearance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Organise and monitor ADR shipments in line with transport requirements.
• Track shipments and resolve logistics issues and delays.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
