Job summary

JAKKS Pacific in Italy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage a portfolio of Italian customers, ensuring excellent service from order receipt to delivery.

You will coordinate with Operations, Sales and Warehouse, ensure correct item codes and prices, and enter orders into the JDE Oracle system.

The role requires order-entry experience, strong MS Excel and Outlook skills, and knowledge of EU compliance for retail products.

Qualifications

• Experience entering orders with high accuracy.
• Strong English language communication skills.
• Knowledge of EU product compliance for retail supply.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in writing, verbally and in person (when required).
• Process orders and ensure accurate item codes and prices.
• Enter orders into the JDE Oracle system (manual).
• Manage open orders and coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Finance.
• Review orders and update statuses with customers weekly.
