EFESO Italy in Milano seeks senior consulting professionals with a strong track record in Operations Excellence, Supply Chain, and Business Transformation. You will lead complex projects, manage teams, and engage with senior client stakeholders to deliver measurable results.

You bring 7–15+ years in management consulting or industrial leadership, with MBA or related degree, and strong analytical, storytelling, and business development skills. English proficiency is expected.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or related field.
• 7–15+ years in management consulting or operational leadership roles in industry.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage teams.
• Experience engaging with senior client stakeholders and driving value.
• Expertise in at least one EFESO capability (Ops Excellence, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Digital Transformation).

• Lead medium‑to‑large projects or multiple workstreams ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Manage and develop high‑performing teams, coaching and growth.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders at operational and leadership levels.
• Translate analytical insights into strategic recommendations and roadmaps.
• Act as SME in Lean/TPM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Digital ops.
• Develop methodologies, frameworks and tools within your area of expertise.
• Support or lead proposals, scoping, pricing and solution design.
