Porsche Consulting Milan is seeking excellent Strategy Consultants in Operations and High Performance Organization to help clients transform their production and logistics.

You will lead international, interdisciplinary teams on site, drive measurable results, and connect operational improvements to our clients' strategic targets, leveraging Industry 4.0 tools.

Competenze

• 4+ years in production management for multinational companies.
• Experience in leading resources directly.
• Engineering degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Italian and English language proficiency; German a plus.

Porsche Consulting has ambitious growth targets.
To strengthen our team in Milan, we are looking for excellent Strategy Consultants in Operations and High Performance Organization.
Key Responsibilities

• In the role, you will lead international interdisciplinary teams at customer’s site with a focus on transforming their operations and obtaining a customer competitive advantage
• You will guide our clients with innovative ideas to increase the performance of production processes and logistics, reduce processes costs and improve the client’s customer satisfaction
• You are asked to link operations improvements to client’s strategic targets and drive the change through implemented measurable results
• You will leverage Digital Tools and Industry 4.0 Use Cases as enablers of a superior performance in the operations
  

Qualifications

• 4 or more years of experience in production management of multinational companies, preferable in industrial goods or consumer goods sectors
• Experience in leading directly resources
• Successfully completed degree in Engineering or an equivalent education, MBA is a preferred requirement
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Big Picture understanding, entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for changes
• Language proficiency in Italian and English, German is a plus
  

The role of consultant requires a full willingness to travel (80% of the work time at customers’ site).
This role is designed for consultants who want to move beyond analysis and help shape the strategic direction of organizations.
