IRCA Group in Italy is seeking an experienced Global Operations & Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives across our global network. You will drive cross-functional programs to improve performance, efficiency, and cost competitiveness, collaborating with manufacturing sites, procurement, engineering, logistics, planning, and finance.

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, SCM, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years in project management within multinational organizations.
Experience in transformation programs, operational excellence, or supply chain projects.
Experience in international and matrix organizations.

Mansioni

Lead regional and cross-unit transformation projects.
Develop roadmaps, charters, timelines, budgets, and implementation plans.
Drive productivity, cost reduction, service and efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, engineering, logistics, planning, finance, IT, and leadership.
Monitor benefits realization and sustainability of improvements.
