Job summary

AVENTA is an international engineering company delivering innovative solutions for offshore and energy projects. We are seeking an Offshore Analysis Engineer to join our Engineering team and contribute to complex offshore projects.

Responsibilities include conducting analyses, modeling and simulations, preparing technical reports, ensuring QA/QC, and supporting technical and commercial offers. Hybrid work is available with offices in Genoa, Milan or Fano.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Naval, Offshore or Structural Engineering.
• Demonstrable experience in offshore projects.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines in a multidisciplinary context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical analyses, modeling and simulations for assigned projects.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
• Ensure activities align with project specifications and company standards.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial offers.
• Manage project document archives and ensure QA/QC compliance.
