Ascom is seeking a strategic Head of Mobility Product Management to define and drive the global Mobility portfolio, partnering with R&D, Sales, Marketing and regional teams to translate customer needs into innovative products and growth.

This role combines strategic leadership, customer engagement, and governance across hardware, software and services, with responsibility for the lifecycle, launches and team development in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Senior product leadership experience within a technology-driven organisation.
• A strong record of defining product strategy and translating it into measurable business outcomes.
• Experience managing complex portfolios across hardware, software and services.
• Strong commercial and financial judgement, including business case development and investment prioritisation.
• Experience in roadmap governance, product lifecycle management and portfolio decision-making.
• The ability to work closely with engineering, commercial and customer-facing teams.
• Clear, credible communication and the ability to influence in a global matrix organisation.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing product management teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the portfolio strategy for Mobility.
• Own the global Mobility roadmap and prioritisation process.
• Execute market insights into product investments and lifecycle decisions.
• Deliver commercial outcomes: revenue growth, profitability and market share.
• Represent customers and market; lead market intelligence and competitive analysis.
• Lead product definition, discovery, UX and validation activities.
• Manage portfolio lifecycle and governance across introduction to retirement.
• Enable successful global launches with cross-functional teams.
