Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a Mobility Strategy & Corporate Development Manager to join an international automotive organisation during a pivotal expansion phase. Based in Italy with remote work and occasional travel, you will shape growth strategy across Europe and beyond, leading strategic initiatives, evaluating partnerships and potential acquisitions.

• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and business case development capabilities.

• Excellent commercial acumen and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret market data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

An international automotive organisation is seeking a Mobility Strategy & Corporate Development Manager to join at a pivotal stage of expansion.

Operating at the forefront of the evolving mobility landscape, the organisation is actively expanding its presence across Europe through strategic partnerships, market entry initiatives, and innovative automotive distribution models. This role offers the chance to work directly with senior leadership and global OEM partners, helping shape long-term growth strategy and identify new opportunities across the automotive sector.

The role is based in Italy and will be remote working with some travel required when needed, the salary banding for the role is €60,000 to €75,000 with excellent benefits.

The Role

As Mobility Strategy & Corporate Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and executing strategic growth opportunities across European markets and beyond.

Working closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams, you will drive strategic initiatives, evaluate partnerships and investments, and provide insight into emerging trends shaping the future of mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the organisation's mobility strategy, identifying new market opportunities, partnership models, and growth initiatives.
• Lead corporate development activities including acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and partnership evaluations.
• Build financial models, investment cases, and commercial assessments to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis across the automotive and mobility sectors.
• Evaluate market entry strategies and expansion opportunities across multiple regions.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to translate strategic plans into executable initiatives.
• Monitor and report on industry trends, competitive activity, and strategic project performance.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical professional with a strong background in strategy, corporate development, consulting, or investment-related roles.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience within Strategy, Corporate Development, M&A, Transaction Services, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting.
• English speaking required
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and business case development capability.
• Experience assessing growth opportunities, partnerships, acquisitions, or market entry strategies.
• Excellent commercial acumen and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex market data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership teams.
